| We purchased Cherokee as a yearling with no plans for raising babies, we just really liked her personality and conformation. As breeders, we have found the challenge to be finding the mares that cross best with our stallion, and we hit the jackpot with this mare. We have two working foals from she and Spirit, a gelding and a filly. The filly now belongs to a 7 year old girl in Hamilton who got to ride her for the first time after just a few days with the trainer. The gelding we have kept here at home and he is the best colt I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Cherokee foaled another beautiful bay filly on May 1st, 2010.
